BB Americas Bank Business solutions are available to businesses registered in the State of Florida and with a valid EIN – Employer Identification Number.

In order to open a Business Account, the following documentation pertaining to your business must be provided (additional documentation may be requested during the evaluation process).

Business Classic Checking Account Details¹:

  • Online Banking;
  • Aplicativo Móvel;
  • Deposit checks with our Business Mobile App;
  • No fee for the first $5,000 cash deposit in each monthly cycle²;
  • Access to fee-free ATMs nationwide;
  • Business Classic Debit Card: Daily Purchase Limit of $1,500/ Daily Cash Limit of $500.

To avoid $15 maintenance fee:

  • The balance in the account may not fall below $1,000 any day of the statement cycle;
  • The combined monthly average balances in linked accounts³ may not fall below $1,000 within the statement cycle.

¹This account only offers e-statements. You must enroll in Online Banking within 30 days after the account is opened. A $0.50 fee per transaction will be applied to all transactions exceeding the total number allotted by the account type. Transactions include checks paid, deposit tickets, deposit items, and ACH debits and credits.
²A fee of $1.00 will be charged for every $1,000 of cash deposits in excess to the cash limit per statement cycle
³Qualified linked accounts include checking, money market, savings, certificate of deposit under the same banking relationship.

Business Mobile App: To access the Mobile App you must have a smartphone with access to an App Store in the US or Brazil. Mobile messages and data rates may apply.
Mobile Check Deposit: Customer must be enrolled in BB Americas Bank Online Banking. Daily deposit limit of $5,000 apply. Total deposit will be made available on the next business day after the day of deposit, if made prior to the cut-off time. The bank’s cut-off time is 4:00 p.m. EST. Deposits made on a weekend, federal holidays or after the 4:00 pm EST cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Mobile deposit is only available on iPhone or Android mobile devices with picture capabilities. Mobile message and data rates may apply.
