Account Related How should I proceed to cancel or stop a payment?

The “Stop Payment” service is available through your online access. The fee for this service will be deducted from your account balance according to the Schedule of Fees.

Please be aware that we do not stop recurring payments permanently; i.e. an automatic debit set-up to reoccur on a defined schedule. In these cases, you will need to request a stop payment for each individual payment according to the set-up schedule. To permanently cancel a recurring debit, you will need to cancel the process with the merchant or service provider with whom you registered the automatic debit.

Account Related My account was closed and I would like to re-open it. How should I proceed?

To re-open an account, bank management will have to evaluate the case. Please contact your branch directly.

Account Related How should I proceed to report fraud on my bank account?

To report fraud on your bank account, that is not related to your debit card, please contact Customer Service. To report fraud related to your debit card or credit card contact Customer Service and select the debit card and credit card fraud option.

¹Fees could reduce the earnings on the account. A penalty may be charged in the event of total or partial withdrawal of deposited funds before the maturity date of the CD. The early withdrawal penalty is taken from earnings of the CD account; in cases where the penalty is greater than the earnings in the CD account, the remainder will be taken from the initial deposit. The CD will automatically renew on the maturity date and the renewal rate applied will be the Bank’s rate in effect on the maturity date. Following the maturity of the CD, you will have a 10-calendar day grace period to withdraw your funds without penalty. If the CD is not renewed, the funds available in this account will not be subject to interest during this 10-day period. Online Banking and Mobile Banking services are only available with linked Checking or Money Market account.
