How can I cancel a remittance sent through BB Remessa?

You may request cancellation of a BB Remessa money transfer request within 35 minutes of the request being submitted. After 35 minutes the request can no longer be canceled.
To cancel your money transfer request login to the BB Remessa Portal, go to the Activity tab and click on the Cancel button next to money transfer request you would like to cancel.
Note: The Cancel button will only be available for 35 minutes following submission of a money transfer request.
