If you identify a transaction that does not appear correct on your checking account, we advise you to contact our Client Support Center immediately to block the card. It will also be necessary to inform Mission Commander in order to formal communication to be submitted to the Bank. The charge dispute process will be conducted by the Bank to investigate the unrecognized transaction.
