How do I use Apple Pay™ to make purchases with my iPhone?

First, make sure that the merchant accepts Apple Pay™. Look for these contactless payment and/or Apple Pay™ symbols at checkout.

When making purchases using the iPhone at a merchant equipped with a contactless payment terminal, simply hold your device over the terminal and accept the charge with your fingerprint or passcode when prompted. A subtle vibration and beep will let you know your purchase was successful.
