If you believe there is an error in your money transfer request, or if you would like to receive a written explanation of your rights, please contact us within 180 days through the BB Americas Bank Client Support Center, or by sending us an email at remittances@bbamericas.com.
When contacting us, please inform:
BB Americas Bank has up to 90 days after you contact us to determine whether an error occurred. Results of the investigation will be sent to you within 3 business days of conclusion. Should an error or issue be identified, BB Americas Bank will immediately take all necessary actions to correct the issue.
