How to request the opening of an online financial investment account?

The opening of an online financial investment account can be requested during the process of opening the online Gold Global Account. If you have selected the option expressing interest in opening a financial investment account during the online account opening process, please wait for one of our representatives to contact you. If the online opening of your Global Gold Account is already completed, you should send an email to agenciadigital@bbamericas.com using the email address registered with your account. In the subject line, please write “Account Opening – Financial Investments” and provide the following information:

• Type of Financial Investment (Certificate of Deposit, Money Market, and/or Savings)
• Deposit Amount in the Financial Investment Account

*Please note that financial investment accounts can only be opened in conjunction with a checking account or for customers who already have an open and active checking account at BB Americas Bank.
