What is the fee charged to use my Debit Card in other countries (outside of the USA)?

The Debit card transaction ISA Fee is 3.00%. The International Service Assessment (ISA) is a foreign fee applicable to all VISA International Debit Card transactions and applies to any International transactions made in a currency other than U.S. dollars, regardless of the merchant or transaction location.
