What should I do if I lose, replace, or update my device?

If you misplace your Apple Pay™ device, you can use the Find My iPhone app to temporarily suspend the device account number. If you believe that card is lost or stolen, you should contact BB Americas Bank Customer Service.
If you replace or update your Apple device, your card will not be transferred automatically. You will need to set up Apple Pay™ again and add your card to the new device.
