1. Open the secure e-mail you received from the bank and click on the attachment to download the encrypted e-mail:

3. To create a password, click on “Register”:

5. Instructions on how to activate your account will be send to your e-mail. Open your inbox and look for the message “Please activate with CRES” to continue with the activation.

6. Select “Click here to active this account” to continue:

7. You will be redirected to the page below confirming your registration to the encrypted service:

8. To read the message received from BB Americas Bank, return to the original message and type in your password as requested and click “Open”:

9. Now you can send and receive messages with sensitive information with BB Americas Bank. To send us a message, click on the option “Reply” inside the e-mail:

10. Write your message and use the “Attachments” button to send any required documents or files to the bank:
